Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar; add eggs, one at a time.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Sift all dry ingredients together and add by small amounts.
