12-inch baked pizza crust
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. mild taco seasoning
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. thick and chunky salsa
2 green onions
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat; drain.
Stir in taco seasoning; spoon mixture evenly over baked crust.
Combine eggs, green pepper and onions; pour over meat.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of shredded cheese.
Spoon on salsa and add remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Slice and enjoy.
Serves 6 to 8.
