Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium squash, washed and cubed
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 onion, peeled and diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe dish.
    Microwave on High for 8 minutes.
    Remove; stir and test squash for tenderness. May need to microwave an additional 5 minutes.
