Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 to 2 c. rhubarb, cut up
Preparation
    Beat brown sugar and oleo
    together; add egg, vanilla and milk. Sift flour, soda and salt; add to mixture. Add rhubarb. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
