Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs, beaten well
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped green apples
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Chop apples and pecans; set aside.
Mix oil and sugar.
Mix well.
Add beaten eggs, salt and flour.
Mix well.
Add chopped apples, pecans and vanilla.
Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
