Fettuccine With Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Fettuccine
2 tbsp. Butter
1\\2 C. Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1\\2 tsp. Paprika
1 10 oz. pkg. Spinach, chopped
3\\4 C. Beef Broth
3\\4 C. Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Flour
Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions, Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter. Add onion, garlic and paprika; cook until tender. Add spinach and beef broth; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat simmer for 3 min. Stir flour into sour cream.
Remove pan from heat; stir in sour cream mixture. Toss drained pasta with sauce; serve at once.
