Swedish Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 eggs, well beaten
    dash salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix in order given; batter will be thin.
    Spoon or pour onto hot griddle or frying pan.
    It is not necessary to grease griddle. Turn once; they cook quickly to a light golden color.
    They may be kept warm on a platter in a warm oven until all batter is used. Serve with syrup, jam, or fresh fruit.
    Serves 2-4 people.
    Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
    (You will need more frying pans.) Leftovers are good reheated in the microwave.
