Sausages And Rappi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Italian sausages
broccoli rappi, 1-inch pieces
1 lb. broccoli rappi
3 to 6 cloves garlic
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry sausages in open frypan until almost cooked.
Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and almost brown. Return sausages to pan and add rappi (washed and drained).
Cover and cook rappi until tender; stir often.
Salt and pepper added during cooking rappi. Serve hot with crusty Italian bread and red wine.
