Seafood Americaine(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ready to use seafood, cleaned and cooked (you can use lobster, shrimp, scallops, surami or crab; set aside)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste or catsup
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    dash of paprika
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    parsley and lemon slices (for garnish)
Preparation
    Butter 4 ramekins.
    In a saucepan melt margarine.
    Stir in onion and garlic.
    Cook until onion is clear and yellow, not brown. Remove garlic and discard.
    Stir in flour.
    Slowly add chicken stock.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add tomato paste, wine and seasonings.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in desired seafood, cut in small pieces.
    Turn into ramekins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Before baking, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Garnish with lemon slice and parsley sprig.
