Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. fresh, pared and chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    Mix oil,
    eggs\tand sugar and add the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Stir in apples and chopped nuts.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased\tand
    floured
    pan.
    Sprinkle
    butterscotch morsels on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
