Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
5 slices white bread
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1 c. water
2 onions, chopped
Italian bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Break white bread into small crumbs; wet and squeeze damp. Mix into ground beef; add the sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and water.
Form into balls and roll on bread crumbs.
Brown in skillet in butter for 10 minutes.
When done, remove the meat balls from skillet and make a gravy.
Place meat balls into gravy.
