Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. roast of your choice
    1 pkg. beefy-mushroom soup mix
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste (I use pepper-garlic)
Preparation
    Mix flour and soup mix together.
    Place meat into roaster or ovenproof pan.
    Put salt and pepper on roast.
    Pour flour/soup mix over roast.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Potatoes and carrots can be added the last 30 minutes.
    I prefer to cook my potatoes and carrots separately.
