Baked Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large bananas (slightly green)
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 orange
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. coconut, shredded
    8 cherries
Preparation
    Peel bananas; split lengthwise and cut crosswise into halves. Place in greased 5 x 10-inch Pyrex dish.
    Peel orange; cut in sections and place in small bowl with honey and lemon juice.
    Toss lightly and spoon over bananas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bananas are soft.
    Remove bananas from pan with spatula to prevent breaking.
    Sprinkle with coconut and place a maraschino cherry on each serving.
    Serves 8.
