Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add sliced apples. Pour into a 9 x 9 pan and sprinkle with a topping of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
