Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 chicken breasts or whole chicken
    1 onion
Preparation
    Stew chicken; do not salt.
    Pick chicken off bone; set aside. Save broth.
    Melt margarine; stir into stuffing mix.
    In a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish, layer stuffing mix, onion, chicken pieces and mushroom soup (diluted with 1
    can broth).
    Layer again the stuffing mix, onion, chicken pieces and chicken soup diluted with can of broth.
    Top with stuffing crumbs.
    Bake until brown at 350\u00b0.
