Hot Romaine Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    3 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 1/4 c. sliced green onions
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 c. torn, washed romaine
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove from drippings and drain on absorbent paper.
    Reserve 1/2 cup bacon drippings in frypan.
    Add potatoes, celery and green onions; mix.
