Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 c. grated zucchini with peel
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend together first 6 ingredients.
    Add rest and mix well. Bake in greased and floured pans.
    Yields 2 large bread pans/loaves.
    If using a Bundt pan, a little will be left over. Freezes well.
    Keep in refrigerator in hot weather; molds easily.
