1 loaf French bread, cut into 3/4-inch slices
4 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

The night before, melt butter and brown sugar in a small pan, stirring.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Lay bread slices on top of brown sugar mix.
Combine eggs with milk and cinnamon. Pour over the bread.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and uncover baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with syrup, honey or chopped blueberries mixed with 2 tablespoons orange juice.
