Fruit Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. apricot jam
    1/4 c. seedless raisins
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and cook until thick.
