Ingredients

1 lb. uncooked sweet potatoes, grated
1/2 c. honey or maple syrup
3 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger or allspice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. black walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered baking dish.
Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Yields 6 servings.
