Fried Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 loaf white bread
    4 stalks celery
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. chicken bouillon
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut up bread, celery and onion.
    Saute onion and celery until tender.
    Use
    about
    4
    tablespoons margarine.
    Mix with bread cubes, adding
    chicken
    bouillon.
    If
    not moist enough, add water.
    Add beaten\tegg,
    salt, pepper and garlic.\tMelt 4 tablespoons margarine in
    frying pan.
    Add stuffing mix.
    Toss and allow to brown, adding margarine as needed.
