Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Prepare pie shell.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.
Mix real good.
Pour into crust.
If you like, sprinkle a little cinnamon over top of pie. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
