Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    4 eggs, hard-cooked
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute sausage until browned.
    Drain off fat and set meat aside.
    Slice eggs and arrange half in 2-quart casserole.
    Melt margarine in saucepan and blend in flour and seasoning.
    Add milk and cook, stirring until thickened.
    Add sausage and corn.
    Mix well and pour over eggs in casserole.
    Top with remaining eggs and sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
