Louisiana Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oleo
    6 eggs
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 uncooked pie shells
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oleo together until well creamed. Add eggs, one at a time; mix well after each (do not use electric mixer). Add other ingredients and mix well, but do not overmix. Place in 3 uncooked shells and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes until medium brown.
