Mexican Chef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    4 tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 lb. ground round
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
    1 large bag Doritos, crushed
Preparation
    Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onion; place in a large bowl. Brown beef and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir in beans and warm through.
    At the last minute, toss all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
    Serves 4 to 6 generously.
