Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados, peel, pitted and coarsely chopped
    1 large fresh ripe tomato, coarsely chopped
    1 small cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
    1 small scallion, finely chopped (about 2 Tbsp.)
    juice of 1 large lime
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    hot red pepper sauce to taste
Preparation
    In medium-size bowl, combine avocados, tomato, cucumber, scallion, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
    Toss gently but thoroughly to mix.
