Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cloves garlic
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    sugar to taste
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Coat bottom of large pan with olive oil.
    Add chopped garlic and cook until soft.
    Add tomato paste with 1/2 can of water and simmer for a few minutes.
    Add spices and then add tomato sauce and simmer for several hours.
    Serve over cooked spaghetti.
