Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine (at room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Bundt pan, greased very well
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, vegetable shortening, milk, margarine, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
    Beat with mixer at medium speed for 20 minutes, scraping down sides occasionally.
    Pour into pan.
