Spicy Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    4 to 5 medium garlic cloves
    cayenne pepper (red pepper)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta
    32 oz. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat in big pot until dark brown, letting it stick a little.
    While browning, add chopped onion and finely chopped garlic to brown also.
    Cover meat with red pepper while browning (more or less to suit your taste).
    Add tomato sauce and reduce heat.
    Stir occasionally while covered sauce simmers. Simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Shred Velveeta cheese and sprinkle atop noodles and sauce.
