Quick Christmas Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    6 medium small red peppers
    2 stalks celery
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    2 medium Bermuda onions
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Put all vegetables through grinder.
    Combine in pot; heat to boil.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Stir.
    Seal in sterilized jars.
