Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. 7-Up soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well with mixer.
    Add 1 egg at a time, continuing to beat.
    Add extract and then flour and mix.
    Remove from mixer and fold in 7-Up.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
