Cheese And Mushroom Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. chopped mushrooms
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti (do not cook)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except manicotti and spaghetti sauce and set aside.
    Mix the spaghetti sauce with 1 cup of water. Place half in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Stuff the manicotti shells with mixture and place in tomato sauce in pan.
    Pour remaining sauce on top.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Remove foil and sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven until melted.
