Banana Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    milk
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar and beat well in mixer.
    Add evaporated milk, bananas, pecans, vanilla and small amount of milk and mix well.
    Pour in freezer, add enough milk to fill freezer within 2-inches from top.
