Ingredients

2 c. persimmon pulp
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix persimmon pulp, beaten eggs and milk.
Sift dry ingredients together, pour liquid mixture into them.
Stir in melted butter.
Pour into shallow oiled pan to depth of about 2 inches.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
When cold, cut into squares and serve plain or with whipped cream.
