Mrs. Dwight Copeland'S Stuffed Dates - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dates, pitted
    pecan halves
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Stuff each date with a pecan half. Make a dough using the margarine, cheese, paprika and flour.
    Chill for 15 minutes.
    Put a teaspoon of dough around each date, forming it into a football shape.
    Place 3-inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
