Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Swiss steak (1-inch thick)
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sliced onions
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 big diced carrots
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Pound flour hard into meat.
Season and brown in fat.
Cover with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
