Tiny Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. butter, softened
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper (may be cut in half)
Preparation
    Working with hands or electric mixer, blend cheese and butter into sifted dry ingredients until smooth.
    Pat or roll on floured surface to about 1/3-inch thickness.
    Cut with inside of doughnut or other small cutter.
