Chinese Five Spice Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean pork chops
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 Tbsp. oil (for frying)
Preparation

Trim chops.
Cut in strips.
Place pork in mixing bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.
Ensure pork is well coated with marinade.
Heat oil in a frying pan; add pork and marinade and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently until sauce thickens.
It will turn a rich brown color.
Serve on rice.
