Garlic Chicken With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium baking chicken
    2 whole heads fresh garlic
    2 lemons
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 sprigs rosemary
Preparation
    Rinse and dry chicken.
    Coat the cavity with juice of 1 lemon and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Insert the pods from one head of garlic, along with 3 sprigs of rosemary, salt and pepper; close the cavity with string.
    Rub the outside of the bird with the juice of 1 lemon and the remaining olive oil.
    In a heavy, deep pot, distribute the rest of the garlic and remaining rosemary.
    Cover; bake at 376\u00b0.
    Check it out in one hour to see if it is done.
    Cook until done.
