Ukrainian Paska(Origin: Ukrainian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 to 18 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 lb. fresh yeast (approximately 4 yeast cakes)
    10 eggs
    1 c. Mazola oil or 1/2 lb. melted butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 c. water
    rind of 1 lemon
    raisins
Preparation
    Put milk and water in saucepan and scald.
    Set aside to cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast cakes with approximately 1 tablespoon sugar and a little warm water.
    When bubbly, put in large mixing bowl.
    Add lukewarm milk and water.
    Mix. Add flour (approximately 2 cups) until consistency of thin sour cream.
    Mix well. Leave in warm place (covered) 1 to 4 hours until bubbly.
