Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
    2 red peppers (optional)
    water (approximately 1 c.)
Preparation
    Saute chicken 5 minutes on each side in oil.
    Remove chicken; saute sliced vegetables.
    Add chicken and water.
    Let stream 15 minutes and add sauce.
    Let cook 3 minutes and serve with rice.
