Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag yellow squash
    1 medium Vidalia onion
    24 Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 or 3 stalks celery
Preparation
    Slice squash and celery.
    Chop onion and place in 2 1/2-quart Dutch oven.
    Boil until tender on medium heat.
