Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
2 c. shredded cheese
1 can drained pitted black olives
3 tomatoes
1 head of lettuce
1 avocado
1 can hot sauce (or mild)
Italian dressing
1 can ortega diced chilies
Preparation

Fry ground beef and season with onions, ortega diced chilies, salt and pepper.
Chop salad, dice tomatoes, add olives, hot sauce and mix together.
Add beans, cheese and avocado.
Toss with dressing.
Add chips, ground beef and top with sliced avocado.
