Dressing (German Style) For Turkey Or Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. good ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork chops
    6 slices white bread
    2 large onions
    3 eggs, beaten
    5 stalks celery
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wet the bread after it has been cubed into bite sized pieces. Let sit in water and soak for about 1/2 hour.
    Chop up the onions and stalks of celery.
    Squeeze the water out of the bread; add all of the other ingredients.
    Mix by hand until all ingredients are well blended.
    You can stuff the turkey with the dressing or bake it in a separate dish.
