Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. chicken stock
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    pepper and salt
    1 can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    In mixer bowl, combine 1 quart cold chicken stock and all ingredients.
    Add to remaining simmering chicken stock.
    Simmer until thick.
    To serve, in bottom of each bowl, put chopped avocados, chopped, cooked chicken, crisp corn tortilla chips and grated Cheddar cheese.
    Pour hot soup over topping.
