Muddys Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cooked prunes, pitted
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and eggs.
Then add prunes, then flour with other dry ingredients added to flour and milk.
Cook in two pans at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Ice with confectioners sugar icing.
