Beer Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick or other baking mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. beer

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease bottoms of 12 medium size muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
