Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1/2 Tbsp. caraway seed
1/2 lb. corned beef, sliced thin
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
6 slices rye bread, crumbled
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Spread sauerkraut on bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed.
Layer corned beef and caraway seed.
Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
Layer tomato slices next.
Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
