Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
4 heaping Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
4 Tbsp. celery, chopped
4 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
