Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. bag red potatoes
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. flour (to thicken)
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until cooked.
    Peel and rinse.
    Cut into quarters or smaller if preferred.
    Place in casserole dish.
